Enjoy a pre-dinner drink at the Granary at Shenstone followed by a four-course meal. Our speaker this year, Rev Richard Birt of Hereford, will talk about Thomas Traherne, whose poetry greatly influenced Francis Brett Young.

9.50am – Arrive Burford House, Tenbury Wells for morning coffee
11.00am – Leave Burford
11.45am – Arrive Hereford for brief guided tour of cathedral and All Saints Church; own lunch arrangements
3.00pm – Leave Hereford, drive through Black Mountains
5.00pm – Arrive Ewyas Harold for afternoon tea
6.00pm – Leave Ewyas Harold, drive through Golden Valley
7.45pm – Arrive Hagley
8.00pm – Arrive Quinton
